Abstract
The 55th clause ofThe civil Procedure Litigation Law of The people's republic of Chinacreates the environmental public interests civil litigation,by which the people could deal with the pollution.However the rules are too simple and it is not enough for practice.This article analyzes the basis of this litigation and pays most attention on its filing range,proper parries,forms and its claims.Besides,this article insists that this litigation should base on our state's particular situation.And in this way,the article put forward some suggestion.
