Abstract

A method for the determination of carbendazim residue in apple juice concentrated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with solid-phase extraction was developed.Samples were diluted with water and cleaned up with C18 SPE column. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 92.6% to 108.3%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.02 mg/kg.
