Abstract
In order to determine 6 pesticides residues simultaneously in apple juice concentrate,a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) separation method with solid phase extraction(SPE) of C18 was developed. The mobile phase employed was a mixed solution(acetonitrile︰water=55︰45)working at a gradient flow-rate through C18 chromatographic column at 30 ℃ for the whole run.The result indicated that 6 kinds of chemicals were well separated and determined under wave length of 210 nm.Coefficients of variance of repeatability of retention time(n=10) of the 6 pesticides were all within 0.5%.The accuracy of the method was confirmed with an average recovery ranging between 86.88% and 103.66%.This method was suitable for determining 6 pesticides in apple juice concentrate simultaneously.
