On the Basic Ways of Developing Circular Economy’s in China

circular economy is a practical pattern of promoting sustainable development of economy and society.The pattern is “resources-product-renewable resources”,which requires people utilize resources and protect environment effectively.In order to obtain the most social,economic and environmental benefits with the least cost,the enterprises and factories are required to drain the minimum letting-out,to recycle the waste materials and to do no harm to environment.The development of circular economy is essential for the pollution prevention,the environmental protection and the release of the conflict of resources restriction,and it’s also important for putting forward the Scientific Development Concept and reacting to the new trade protection.Therefore,we can probe into some fundamental approaches for the development of circular economy from the point of view of the government and enterprise.
