Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of senile insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture.Methods:60 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into two groups and each group had 30 patients.The treatment group used Jiaoteng Longmu Eren Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy,and the control group only used oral estazolam.Two groups were given medicine once a day,with 10 days for a period of treatment,continuously 2 treatment.Results:In treatment group,there were 17 cases cured,13 cases effective,no invalid case,the total effective rate was 100%;in control group,there were 13 cases cured,12 cases effective,5 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Comparison between two groups with the total effective rate had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture treatment of senile insomnia has satisfactory clinical effect,further optimization is needed for promotion.
