Consideration on Enhancing Public Service Capability of Civil Servant

Public service ability is an important part of the civil servant capability building. Improving civil servant's public service capability is not only a basic requirement in constructing service oriented government. but also an important goal of carrying out the Civil Service Law. At present, the main reason of being short of civil servant's public service ability is the obstacle of system and mechnism. Therefore, reinforcing civil servant management through strictly carrying out the civil service law and strengthening the construction of civil servant' ability through public service mechanism construction will be the main approach to enhance civil servant's public service ability.
