Abstract
Taken the superior Camellia oleifera clones of M43,M48 and M60 as scions and seedlings of Camellia oleifera as rootstock, the effects of grafted seedling culture were investigated by means of random block design. The results showed that, the survival rate and seedling rate of grafted seedlings had no significant differences from among clones of M43,M48 and M60.The height and diameter of grafted seedlings were significantly different from among 3 clones, and the ratios of height to diameter were very significantly different from among those clones. The survival rate and seedling rate of grafted seedlings from the 3 clones were 82.1%~84.9% and 75.2%~79.8% respectively. And the height and diameter were 9.62~11.67cm and 0.31~0.36 cm respectively.
