Abstract
The high strength bolt fastening motor and automobile body was broken in survice. The analysis showed that the chemical composition and microstructure were in normal state. But the fracture revealed fatigue characteristic. Finally, the force acting on bolt were analyzed, the results showed that the bolt were fatigue fracture occurred in the root of bolt at which suffering alternation stress and stress concentration, which resulted from the motor body vibration and bump resulting in a bit more loose from lacking of enough pre-force in bolt assembling.
