Abstract

From the physical and material parameters such as material and configuration of the target,shape of projectile,impact velocity and angle of the projectile,and confinement and prestress,experimental studies on ballistic performance of light ceramic composite armour and the analytical model of the anti-projectile process are reviewed.Current status of the study is analyzed and that some problems needs further investigating is proposed in the final part.
