Abstract

Objective To study the intravenous thrombolysis treatment in aged patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) the effect and the safety. Methods Retrospective analysis of use,the intravenous thrombolysis treatment to elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction of the 42 patients with clinical material and conventional therapy and use of 38 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction of research and analysis. Results The observation group thrombolysis is significantly higher than the rate of not thrombolysis in control group(P 0.05),bleeding and thrombolysis group compared the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05),six weeks after thrombolysis group of mortality than obvious not thrombolysis low group(P 0.05).Conclusion The use of intraenous thrombolysis treatment to the old acute myocardial infarction is effective and safe.
