Abstract

Objective To study the elderly(≥ 75 years) with acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic efficacy and safety. Methods 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into thrombolysis group and the conventional treatment group;thrombolysis group,48 cases of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase dose subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin.Conventional therapy group 44 cases,in addition to no small dose of urokinase and low molecular weight heparin, the treatments were the same with the thrombolysis group. Results Of coronary artery recanalization rate thrombolysis group,69.7%(33/48),the conventional therapy group was 25.0%(11/44),the difference was significant(P0.05);thrombolysis mortality of 9.3%(4/48),while the conventional treatment group mortality rate was 29.7%(13/44),the two groups was significant difference(P0.05);There was no severe bleeding complications, bleeding complications,no significant difference between(P0.05).Conclusion The intravenous thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction can improve coronary artery patency rate, lower mortality, and actively improve the prognosis, clinical safety and reliable.
