Abstract

Objective To study effect of continued nursing on quality of life and curative effect in renal failure patients with hemodialysis. Methods 52 patients with renal failure were admitted in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 26 cases in the control group were conducted with conventional nursing including monitoring the patient' s vital signs, executing the doctor's advice, knowing of the patient's diet. Experimental group with 26 cases received continued nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. After six months of continued nursing,SCL-90 score, quality of life score and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The self-assessment scale(SCL-90) score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05); The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05); And the clinical curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05).Conclusion The application of the continued nursing in renal failure patients with hemodialysis can significantly improve the life quality of patients and clinical curative effect,so it is of clinical significant.
