Correctly Understand the Peace and Development Theory of Deng Xiaoping

Abstract

Deng Xiaoping advanced that peace and development are the two major problems of contemporary world. They include two aspects; the first is that the world war is avoidable; the second is that peace and development must be solved by the whole world. We do not agree that peace and development were already being realized, for it ignores the existence of some real challenges to the world's peace and development.
