The theory of Deng Xiao-ping’s international strategy is a strict scientific system,whose theoretic core involves three successive logical relationships,ie.peace and development are the world’s two major themes;the interactive relationships between China and the world on the problem of peace and development;how to remove obstacles and realize a worldwide peace and development.These theories have already been and will be driving forces to the Chinese socialist cause,the reconstruction of the worldwide socialist movement and the peace and development of mankind.A scientific interpretation of the theory will be of both contemporary and historical importance.
