Abstract
This paper takes the symbiotic theory as a foundation,analyses to symbiosis phenomena of the knowledge alliance,has constructed the symbiotic system model of knowledge alliance,basing on this,has discussed in the knowledge alliance knowledge transfer model with emphasis and has analyzed hosts and visitors body in the knowledge transition process systematically,further enriched and has developed in the knowledge alliance the knowledge transfer question correlation theories research,makes the alliance develop and use enterprise's knowledge and create the new knowledge,then prompts alliance enterprises maintain a long-term and stable symbiosis state and provides the theoretical support.
