Abstract

Based on basic principle of FLAC and its application to strength reduction theory numerical simulation and analysis a slope of a high way by Mohr-Coulomb model, the stability of the soil slope is analyzed.By making the slope's displacement saltation and the shear strain increment for the judgement of the stability of slope, the paper through FLAC software gets the safe coefficient of slope and finds out the latent slip surface.
