Abstract

Scientific and systematic college students' employment guidance,it is of great positive significance to improve the em-ployability of college graduates.At present,according to the problems of college students' employment guidance,there are some effective ways to improve college students' employment guidance,including the development of college students' employment guidance theory research,improving the employment guidance service function,the establishment of scientific employment guid-ance course and constructing perfect college students employment guidance and service system.
