Abstract
Association right is the basic right that the constitutional law empower to citizen.To farmer,the right about freedom association not only is the way to realize take part in politics secondly,but also is the effective means to become rich.However the delay of some laws about association leads many farmer's countries in illegal predicament.At present,we should pass law to protect farmer's countries under the theory of the third department.
