On Farmer's Right to Political Equality and its Protection

The farmer's right to political equality means that as a citizen,farmers enjoy the same rights like other citizens in the political aspects.The essence of this right of farmers is that the farmers should be treated equally in political aspects based on citizenship.In the actual life,the farmer's political right is inadequate.The measures should be taken the perspective of constitution to protect the farmer's right to political equality,to treat farmerd as the real citizend,to respect the basic right of the farmers as the citizens in order to realize the fundamental transition the farmers to citizens which means from status to contract.
