Abstract
The second clause of Tort Law formally establishes the independent status of the right of privacy.These two rights,the right to know and the right of privacy within marriage,as independent personality right,conflict inevitably.The conflict occurs mainly in the case of extramarital love,case-dough,pre-marital love,or physical health,etc.When coordinating this conflict,we should adhere to the principle of coordination and tolerance,human dignity,legal and social effects in unity.
