Abstract
From 60 random primers,12 pairs of primers were selected to amplify the genome of Curvularia lunata,The results indicated that 128 genetic markers got amplified. On the basis of these markers, the relationships between different isolates of Curvularia lunata were clustered. The results showed that the highest similarity coefficient between these isolates was 87%,and the lowest one was 47%.When the linked distance was 0.4,22 isolates were clustered into one group. The isolates can be divided into 5-6 groups, among the groups, group a contained 6 isolates:98-36,98-25,98-17,98-07,98-01 and 98-28,their genetic distance was the closest one.
