The Research on the Economical and Intensive Land Use of Rural Construction Land Based on GIS Spatial Analysis

In China,rural land is wasted and used extensively and infrastructure construction lagged behind.All of these severely hinder the improvement of living standards of rural residents and the urbanization process.Land remediation work carried out nationwide is aimed to improve the farming conditions of rural agricultural land and promote the intensive use of construction land.Based on the landscape pattern theory and GIS spatial analysis technology,this article has established the spatial pattern evaluation system in rural residential areas,and by taking advantage of the social and economic development potential evaluation and the judgment matrix,determined the rural residential land consolidation mode.At the macro level,take Tongzhou district of Beijing as an example,analyzes the land space of various villages and towns.At the micro level,this article takes the Taihu town as an example,uses the spatial pattern evaluation and social economic development potential evaluation,and comes to a preliminary scheme for an economical and intensive use of rural construction land.
