Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectacy of entecavir in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 126 cases who had treat hepatitis B and cirrhosis in our department from September 2009 to February 2011.The 126 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups of 67 cases in the control group that were given treatment entecavir and 59 case in experimental that were given lamivudine.Contrast the convertion rate of HBV-DNA after 6 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks,TBil,AST,ALT,Cllild-Pugh.Results ①The convertion rate of HBV-DNA after 6 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks were significant differences of two groups(P0.05).②The level of TBil,HBV-DNA were significant differences of two groups(P0.05).③Child-Pugh were higher in the post-treatment than pretherapy in groups(P0.05)and were significant differences of two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Short term use entecavir is effective in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirhosis.
