Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis. Methods Hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received conventional liver protection treatment, while the experimental group were treated with entecavir based on the conventional lliver protection treatment. Results The patients' ALB, ALT, TBiL, PTA, Child-Pugh points, HBV DNA and other indicators after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment (P 0.05); the above indices in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Entecavir treatment of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis can improve patients' quality of life and prognosis.
