Comparison the Efficacy on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Between Clopidogrel and Aspirin

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel and aspirin on treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into clopidogrel group(60 cases) and aspirin group(60 cases),were taking clopidogrel (50mg/d),and enteric-coated aspirin (100mg/d,) on the same time,two groups were given the same anti-high blood pressure,reducing the intracranial pressure,nutrition nerve and symptomatic supportive care,measuring before and after treatment of plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and platelet aggregation rate of change after treating 14d,assessing the clinical efficacy and observing adverse reaction.Results The inhibition of hs-CRP and platelet aggregation in clopidogrel group and the aspirin group were clearly,but the clopidogrel group was better than aspirin group,The same time,clinical efficacy of clopidogrel group was significantly higher than aspirin group,while the incidence of adverse reaction in aspirin group was higher than the clopidogrel group,but no serious incidents.Conclusion Taking clopidogrel has clinical curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction compared with aspirin treatment,and relatively safe,it is worth clinical application.
