Abstract

Tweety-three regenerated plants were recovered by microspore culture of a rapid-cycling Brassica napus.Among them, ten plants were diploid and thirteen were haploid after ploidy characterization. The DH(doubled haploid) lines were gained by treatment with colchicine. We generated completely homozygous DH lines as a model system for functional genomics work in B.napus.
