Abstract

Environmental emergency monitoring was the first link in handling suddenly environmental pollution accident and it played important roles of decision support and technical guarantee. The environmental emergency monitoring and its working contents were simply introduced and the countermeasures and advices for optimizing environmental emergency monitoring system were put forward.
