Abstract
Petrochemical enterprises belong to highrisk industry.There exist some serious potential risks such as fire,explosion,poisoning,suffocation,plant shutdown,environmental pollution,radiation and so on.Therefore,strengthening the environmental emergency monitoring capability should be attached more importance so that the environmental emergency monitoring can provide strong scientific and technical support for the disposal of sudden environment pollution accident at crucial moment.This paper makes a discussion on the concept of emergency monitoring in sudden environmental pollution accident,the important role of emergency monitoring,the preliminary emergency monitoring plan of Luoyang Petrochemical Company,the main contents of emergency monitoring and the problems existing in the emergency monitoring work of the enterprises.The paper brings forward the suggestions for the emergency monitoring work in enterprises.
