Public Benefit Protection: from Public Policy to Lawsuit

As public products provided by states,public good is the start and end -result of public administration and public policy. Administrative organ traditionally monopolizes the safeguard of public good due to it' s predominance over organization, information and efficiency comparing with individual. But at the same time, some problems produce which are hard overcome through itself, in order to get rid of the hot water, we must seek new mechanism of protection public good. To protect public good through law suits especially through public interest action might be a better plan.
