Regional cluster innovation is a new kind of modes of innovation.It is different with those in which actors were confined to single institution and individual and process is displayed linear model traditionally,and has more complicated mechanism.The paper builds up a comprehensive analytical framework following the logic of innovation generation itself.Interactive networks are considered as the basis of innovation generation,which are based on proximities of geographical,social and industrial aspects,as they alleviate the obstacles of knowledge transfer,bring about the coordinated evolution at the whole level and cooperation and competition among individuals form the effect ofrise and fall,hence promote the innovation generation and evolution.
