Abstract

OBJECTIVE To prepare molecularly imprinted polymer ( MIP) for chloramphenicol by precipitation polymerization, and evaluate their adsorption properties. METHODS Using methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crossing linker, chloramphenicol as the template molecule. The optimal ratio among them was determined. The effect of initiator, solvent, temperature and water on the adsorption was investigated, and Scatchard analysis was performed. RESULTS The polymer of the ratio of CAP functional monomer crossing linker( 1:3:24) had the maximal adsorption, and the temperature and the amount of water influenced the binding performance greatly. CONCLUSION The chloramphenicol MIP prepared by precipitation polymerization with simple operation has a good adsorption property, and will have a better application prospect.
