Viewing on the strategic height of the advancing time, facing the 21st century which is full of opportunities and challenges, The important thought of Three Represents, put forward by Jiang Ze-min, is a scientific answer to the subject - how to construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics and how to better manage the Party.The important thought of Three Represents has the distinctions of scientific, modernization, dialectics, innovation and practice.
