Abstract
The important thought of Three Representations is a scientific answer to the subject what a party should be built and how to build the party put forward by Jiang Ze-min, viewing on the strategic height of the advancing time and facing the 21st century full of opportunities and challenges. The thought has distinctions of its own: it is scientific, modernized, dialectical, innovative and practicable.
