Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous spinal biopsy for spinal disease. Methods The 38 cases of spinal disease (2cases of cervical vertebrae, 10 cases of thorax ,24 cases of lumbus and 2 cases of sacrum) underwent CT-guided percutaneous biopsy before operation. Results From the 38 patients pathologic tissue were successfully gained. The positive rate of biopsy was 89.47%,16 cases received operations, and the final pathological diagnostic accordant rate with the preoperative ones was 93.75%. No complications occurred. Conclusion CT-guided perctuaneous biopsy is a safe, accurate and effective method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spinal disease, it plays an important role in the establishment of the treatment scheme.
