Abstract

Objective To observe the blood lipid levels of C-reactive protein(CRP) changes in patients with acute ischemic stroke, analysis of their correlation.MethodsCRP changes, blood lipid levels were measured in 48 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke(stroke group) and 20 cases of healthy subjects(control group),and the correlation analysis was done between them.ResultsCompared with control group, the stroke group lipid levels of triglycerides(three TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),C-elevated C-reactive protein(CRP) increased(P0.01);high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) decreased(P0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the stroke group CRP and TG,TC,HDL-C no correlation;LDL-C positively correlated with CRP(r=0.367,P0.05).ConclusionIn patients with acute ischemic stroke,CRP increased, blood lipid disordered.CRP and blood lipid may influence each other and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of acute ischemic stroke.
