Abstract

Objective To study the ischemia of lower extremity arterial applied by 16-slice spiral CT perfusion. Methods All patients were to diagnose the ischemia of lower extremity arterial applied by 16-slice spiral CT perfu sion, and then got perfusion time to peak(TTP),blood volume(blood volume,BV),blood flow(blood Flow,BF) and mean transit time(MTT) dealed with the image by maximum slope method. Results The blood volume(BV) was different between the PAOD group and the control group(P = 0.01);perfusion parameters of blood flow(BF) was different between the PAOD group class III and the control group(P = 0.04);peaktime(TTP) and mean transit time(MTT) were different between the PAOD group and the control group(P = 0.37,P = 0.61).Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT perfusion is a convenient and safe decision for ischemia, which will have a broad application prospects in the future.
