Abstract
Absorption characteristics of peanut cultured in pots were studied under the stress of lead. The results of experiment showed that biomass of peanut was restrained and the peanuts have been damaged when the dosage of lead in the soil reached 400 mg/kg.The lead accumulation and distribution in peanut was in the order of rootstemleafseed. The lead content of peanut and the soil had a positive correlation. From growing stage of peanut, the accumulation of lead was in the order of seedling stagepod setting stageflowering and pegging stagematurity stage.
