Abstract
The quality of green teas from different leaf position on new shoots was analyzed and the factors affecting tea quality were studied to improve quality and yield of excellent teas in Guizhou. The results showed that the biochemical quality of high-quality green tea with one bud and two leaves from new shoots in Spring was the best. The tea with one bud and one leaf from new shoots can greatly increase yield and quality of high-rank tea compared with the tea with one bud in production of high-quality green tea. There is the positive correlation between N,P,K,Cu and B content and tea quality. The certain Mg,Al and Zn content can improve quality formation of high-quality green tea.
