Effect of Yianning capsule on 60 cases of angina pectoris

Objective To study the effect of Yianning capsule on 60 cases of angina pectoris.Methods 90 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases with angina pectoris were treated with Yianning (treatment group),taken orally.2 times a day,18 pills each time;30 cases were treated with Gufangshenlibu (control group),taken orally,2 times a day,one little bottle each time.The changes of syndrome,ST segment of ECG,dynamic electrocardiogram,blood lipid and hemorheology were observed after 1 month's treatment.Results (1)The total effective rate (91.67%) in treatment group was significantly better than that (66.67%) in control group (P0.01).(2)The ST segment of ECG was improved obviously in treatment group (P0.01), but was not in control group, there was significant difference between two groups after treatment (P0.01).(3)Evident changes of 0S~ -1 ,5.0S~ -1 ,10.0S~ -1 ,35.0S~ -1 ,50.0S~ -1 ,erythrocyte aggregation index,RBCs deformation index, platelets adhesion and platelets aggregation index were found in two groups after treatment (P0.01 or P0.05),but the changes in treatment group were more obviously than those in control group (P0.05), there was no difference in plasma viscosity and hematocrit after treatment,also between two groups.(4)blood lipids, The TC,TG and LDL-C decreased in two groups (P0.01 or P0.05),Ox-LDL decreased and HDL-C increased in treatment group after treatment (P0.01 or P0.05), but there was no significant change of Ox-LDL and HDL-C in control group after treatment.Conclusion The effects of Yianning capsule on angina pectoris is better than those of Gufangshenlibu.
