Venture capital is a new financing investment,the unique exit mechanism is the prerequisite of venture capital's operation. As the protagonist of venture capital,venture capital corporation should make out and execute the strategies which are the key factors to shape the ending of their investment. Based on the process of venture capital's operation,it puts forward the strategies of investment withdrawal.
