Problems and countermeasures of venture investment in China

Abstract
Based on the reality of the venture investment, this article analyzes the existing problems that come from the operation of venture capital. It points out, in order to standardize the operation of venture capital, we should broaden sources of venture capital, speed up training of specialized personnel, establish exit system of venture capital, set up consultant and socialized service system and perfect the relevant laws and regulations.
