Abstract
The emergence of corporation is the unavoidable result of the development of both prolificacy and society. The divided will and property of the single investor accumulate separately the will and the property of the corporation,which composes the natural body of the corporation.The legal affirmation authorize it the capacity for civil right and civil conduct.Therefore, the natural body of corporation acquires the legal personality.
