Abstract
From the legislation of the Corporation Law in 2005 and the Property Law this year,we can see the government encourages the exchange main body which comes from different countries and areas to participate in domestic market transaction.In the face of the abidance development of the main body diversification phenomenon,we must perfect the special main body's qualification.This paper analyses the foreign corporation legal person admission and foreign corporation legal person personality and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of Corporation Law.
