On the System and Operational Mechanism of Rural Land Ownership in Post-agriculture Tax Period:Based on the Investigation of Rural Land Legislation in 10 Provinces

Rural land rights system based on collective land ownership consists of the right to contractual operation of rural land,the right of construction on collective land,the right to build house for peasant,field servitudes,kulakism,and contract rights about rural land use.Furthermore,this system also includes some rights,such as the rights of compensation for expropriation,community member,rural land development,and that of deriving collective land ownership.The operation mechanism and civil remedies of each rural land rights have their internal characters and rules.
