Abstract
Objective Explore the dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI assessment of carpal synovial changes in the diagnostic value of early rheumatoid arthritis. Methods ACR/EULAR score less than 6of the 25patients were done with wrist MR imaging, and dynamic follow-up observation of changes in synovial. We analysised the correlation of wrist synovial MRI score with early rheumatoid arthritis. Results All the 25patients were detected by MRI,and underwent follow-up. 12patients Synovial changes with suspected patients were checked by enhanced MRI,including 10cases with the synovial mild thickening and two cases with no significant strengthening. Conclusion Enhanced MRI has good value in a dynamic follow-up observation of early rheumatoid arthritis and provide a theoretical basis for early clinical intervention.
