Differential diagnosis of ultrasound for benign and malignant nodules of breast

Objective To evaluate the differential diagnosis value of ultrasound for benign and malignant nodules of breast.Methods From January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital,the clinical data of 153 patients with breast nodules were retrospectively analyzed,and included the color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic data and pathological data.Results The pathological examinations demonstrated that in 153 cases,106 cases of benign nodules,47 cases of malignant nodules,the correct diagnostic rate of ultrasound for benign nodules was 97.2%,significantly higher than 83.0% of malignant nodules,there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05),and there were significant differences in the two-dimensional ultrasound images,distribution features and blood flow index value of benign and malignant nodules of breast(P0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound has important clinic value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules of breast,can provide important reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is worthy of mentioning.
