Abstract

The status of the cabinet minister of Ming dynasty was very high,they were the emperor queen's highest decision makers. The distribution of the cabinet minister both in region and family class was very broad,this was conducive to achieve complementary talents and absorbed all walks of life and all regions into the Ming imperial court,its not only beneficial to improve the highest level of decision- making efficiency and quality,but also played an irreplaceable role in enhancing the Ming court' s cohesion and social stability and consolidate its unity. But the cabinet minister in the unbalanced distribution between the provinces,most of them concentrated in the southern provinces with developed economy,culture and imperial strength. The age of became jinshi,into the cabinet and working time in accordance with the general rule of human physical and mental development,this shows that the age of the cabinet minister of Ming dynasty team structure and vitality in good condition.
