Abstract

Objective To study effect of CPM exercise on knee joint function in patients with total knee arthroplasty surgery. Methods We collected a total of 63 cases of patients with total knee arthroplasty, randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases of control group patients to exercise, observation group carries on the CPM exercise(continuous passive motion),two groups of patients exercise effect is observed and compared. Results The observation group of patients with the average knee score significantly higher than the control group patients; Observation group of patients with knee function of average score is significantly higher than the control group; patient satisfaction was 92.6%,the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 79.8% of the patients,P0.05. Conclusion In patients with total knee arthroplasty, continuous passive in the process of exercise can effectively improve the effect of exercise, ensure the patients to exercise the sustainability and effectiveness, beneficial to promote the recovery of patients with knee joint function and improve, and is worthy of popularization and application.
