Abstract

Taking Shanghai as the city background,it explores the role of urban voice as a kind of intangible cultural heritage in urban development,points out that we should attach importance to the city sounds of this particular non-material cultural heritage,and attempts to make this voice become harmonious.Thus,urban development is bound to harmony and stability.
