Abstract

Individual bankruptcy system is very mature in many countries and areas,and it plays an important role in economy.Our country has not established individual bankruptcy system.With the development of social economic and the changes in people's consumption patterns,it is necessary to establish this system.We should adopt general bankruptcy mode to establish,and set up free property system,license exemption system,and summary individual bankruptcy proceedings to guarantee its implementation.
